Kimberly Rice is an associate handling insurance coverage and bath faith claims. Prior to joining Weston & Agness LLP, Kimberly practiced at a nationwide insurance defense firm focusing on personal injury, premises liability, and medical malpractice representing insurance carriers and various healthcare providers.

Kimberly obtained her law degree from California Western School of Law with a focus on employment law, serving as a law clerk in the Labor and Employment division of the City Attorney’s Office in San Diego. Kimberly also has a background in legal academia, including the University of Irvine School of Law, helping law students and law graduates prepare for and pass the California Bar Exam.
